Prenuptial and Post-Marital Agreements

Getting married is an exciting time. No one wants to think about the possibility of divorce, but there are personal situations that may lead you to consider a prenuptial agreement. Even after you’re married, personal or financial circumstances may arise that cause you to consider a post-marital agreement (which is similar to a prenuptial agreement, but entered into during the marriage). If you are uncertain or have questions, we can meet with you to discuss how California law may impact you in the event of divorce and how you can protect your family.

Thank you so much — you made the process of a prenup so much easier!
